Hardhat Coffee Co. was born in the trades, developed through education, and seasoned in leadership.  We've seen a lot.  We have solutions.

The team at Hardhat Coffee Co. have been immersed in the construction industry for over 20-years, and one thing has been increasingly apparent throughout all markets, regions, disciplines, and specialties - we are experiencing a workforce shortage caused by many factors.  We solve three of those through great coffee.

1.  Exposure Opportunity.  Small-to-midsize companies may lack the resources to expose college students to the great things they are doing and careers they offer.

Hardhat Coffee Co. funds grants to pay for summer interns to build future Project Managers & Superintendents.

2.  Education Affordability.  A four-year degree is not the only way to enter the industry and is out-of-reach to a large demographic.

Hardhat Coffee Co. funds grants for two-year degrees, certificates, or Trade Tech to build future Superintendents and Tradespeople.

3.  Affording the Fundamentals.  Good equipment is not cheap, but it lasts.  One thing we've learned is that Thorogood Boots and Occidental Leather are the best.
